She stands 13" tall, and is attached to a wood base, painted with acrylics. The flowers on her head are clay, along with the little bee! She's wearing a white tulle cape and veil.

EHAG EMPORIUM UPDATE! "Witch Batty"...Tonight 9pm est, 6pm pst

 

This is a gourdhead with with clay attached and her features sculpted.

She is 32" long from the top of her hat to her toes!

She is holding a fabric bat (Pattern by Whimsical Endeavors),

It is attached to a dowel with plum ribbon around it, and the bat is glittered with black German glass glitter.

 Her hat is black felt with a plum color glittered ribbon around the hat. I also attached a glittered spider. There is a piece of vintage jewelry in the middle of the bow, along with a black feather that matches the boa around her neck.

 Her dress is sewn from this fabulous Halloween print of people in vintage costumes. Her bloomers are a dark orange homespun. Her hands are repurposed plastic, painted skin tone aged, and her fingernails are painted! Another glittery spider is attached to her hand. 

 

Her boots are sewn separately and placed on her feet.

Morada Bruja (Purple Witch) EHAG Emporium Update Tonight at 9pm est, 6pm pst

 

This lovely witch is 39" long. Her head is a gourd with clay attached and her face sculpted. Her hair is black wool roving.

Her Dress is sewn from a black stain fabric, Cape is Purple satin with a black velvet, sparkly design running thru it. Her hat matches her cape with lots of embellishments on it including the lavender feather. At her neck is a piece of vintage costume jewelry.

 

Her hands are repurposed and painted green to match her face, fingernails are painted black :). She has a spider on the hand holding the bucket! 

Her boots are felt, and her bloomers are a cotton homespun purple and black check. I also used some lavender, vintage seam binding on her sleeves and around her neck.

The excitement is building, as this will be my first year as a participating artist! I've dreamed of doing this show since it first started 18 yrs ago...
So many artists whose work I admire will also be there. A few I have met already, many I have not, and I'm soooo looking forward to meeting them.
I have been working since April for the show..I am happy with my "time" management..LOL. I completed everything I wanted to...all gourd/clay work.
